Reporting a wrong price
This is the message we most want to receive. Listings come from retailer product feeds, and feeds go stale, carry inflated reference prices, or keep showing an item that has already sold out.
If a price or availability on this site does not match what the retailer’s own page says, send us the link to our page and, if you have it, the link to the retailer’s product page. We will correct or remove the listing. You do not need to explain anything further.
For retailers and affiliate networks
If you represent a brand listed here and want a correction, a name or logo fixed, or your products removed from the site, write to the same address and say which domain you are asking about.
Two things are worth stating in advance, because they are the most common requests we decline. We do not sell placement, and we do not accept payment to list a product, raise its position, or include it in any roundup. Our listing rules are published on the How We Source Deals page and they apply the same way to every retailer.
What we cannot help with
We are not a retailer. We do not process orders, take payments, ship anything, or hold your order information. If you have already bought something, we have no record of it and no ability to look it up.
For questions about an order, a delivery, a return, a refund, or a warranty, contact the retailer you bought from. Their customer service can see your order. We cannot.
